Terms of Service

Dirty Devil Disposal customer portal — Last updated August 18, 2026

These terms cover use of the Dirty Devil Disposal customer portal and mobile app (the "Portal"). By signing in you agree to them. The services themselves (dumpster rental, porta-potty service, SWPPP work) are governed by your service agreement or accepted quote with us; if the two conflict, the service agreement wins.

Your account

• Accounts are provisioned by our office for customers and their authorized staff. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.
• You are responsible for actions taken through your account, including service requests and schedule changes.

Using the Portal

• Use the Portal only to manage services for your organization.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' information, probe or disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or malicious content.
• Service requests made in the Portal are requests; scheduling is confirmed by us and may change due to weather, access, or capacity.

Content you upload

Site plans, photos, and documents you upload remain yours. You give us permission to store and use them to perform and document your services.

Availability and changes

The Portal is provided "as is" and may be unavailable at times. We may change or discontinue features. Information in the Portal (schedules, ETAs, service history) is provided for convenience and may occasionally lag reality; billing is governed by our invoices.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Portal use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You can stop using the Portal at any time and can request account deletion from the app's Account screen. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
