Dirty Devil Disposal — customer app and portal

Need a hand with the app, or with a service on your site? Talk to our office — the same people who schedule your trucks answer the phone.

Getting an account

Accounts are created by our office — there is no public sign-up. If you are an existing customer and want portal access, call or email us and we will set you up and send your sign-in details.

Trouble signing in

• Use the email address or username our office gave you.
• Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen to have a reset link emailed to you.
• If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then call us and we will reset it by hand.
• If you sign in and the app says your account is not finished being set up, that is on our side — call the office and we will complete it.

Requesting or changing service

• Open a project and use Request service to ask for a swap, pickup, or extra service.
• Upcoming services can be cancelled from your schedule. Cancelling the same day a truck is already routed may still be billable — call us if the timing is tight.
• Order a Dumpster walks you through a new drop-off at an existing or new site.
• Requests come to our dispatchers, who confirm the day. They are not automatically scheduled the moment you submit them.

Photos, tickets, and invoices

Completed services show the driver's proof photos and, for hauls, the dump ticket and tonnage. If something looks wrong on a service or an invoice, call the office with the work-order number on the screen and we will pull the record.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion from inside the app: open your account from the avatar in the top corner and choose Delete account. If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, use our account deletion page instead — it reaches the same place. We remove your sign-in and personal details. Service and billing records we are required to keep for tax and legal reasons are retained per our Privacy Policy. You can also email info@dirtydevildisposal.com to have us do it for you.
