What We Deliver in Eagle Mountain

Local Details

Serving Eagle Mountain and Utah County

Eagle Mountain has passed 80,000 residents, and on October 23, 2026 the city broke ground on a wastewater treatment plant expansion that adds a membrane bioreactor facility and is expected to take three to four years. In April 2026, crews topped out the first building of the QTS data center campus, whose first phase covers about 193 acres and five buildings. City code holds the property owner, building permit holder or container lessee responsible if trash spills or blows out of a construction trash container. On an Eagle Mountain job, load the roll-off so nothing blows out.

Where loads go

Eagle Mountain is a non-participating city of North Pointe Solid Waste, and the city’s garbage page sends residents to Intermountain Regional Landfill, a private landfill at 800 S. Allen Ranch Road in Fairfield. That landfill takes mixed construction and demolition debris, clean concrete and asphalt, and clean dirt, and every load must be fully tarped and secured. The city’s resident landfill passes do not cover garbage from a commercial construction site. Utah County loads go to facilities including Ace Pleasant Grove, South Utah Valley Solid Waste, Intermountain Regional Landfill, Payson City Landfill.

On the street

Eagle Mountain’s code makes it unlawful to block any public road, lane, sidewalk, trail or shoulder without a traffic control permit from the city, and it names stockpiled materials and staged construction equipment as examples. A traffic control plan must be submitted at least seven calendar days before the work, and the city engineer must be notified at least three business days before it starts.
